After you have polished your nails, apply cotton pads with mylee gel polish remover to your nails and then it is very easy to attach these soac off clips to it! Your gel nails are soaked within fifteen minutes. These clips are not only simple and durable, but also reusable, so that you can always soak your gel nails environmentally friendly. In addition, like all of our Myleee products, they are vegan and free of animal experiments. Directions: Step 1: Carefully polish away the shiny layer of the yield. Step 2: Take 5 cotton pads and cut them into two halves or quarter if you fit better. Soak the pads in Mylee Gel Remover*. Step 3: Place the soaked cotton pad on your fingernail. Open the Mylee Gel Polish Soak off clip and put it over your finger and the cotton pad to make sure it is firmly sitting. Place on all fingers. Step 4: Let it work for 15 minutes before removing. Carefully use a wooden nail shaver*to remove the remaining corrugated paint. *Products available separately

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
