Moyee is in direct contact with more than 650 farmers who grow the cherries of the single bean in Limu, Ethiopia. Coffee plants grow at an altitude of more than 1,600 meters under the canopy of a natural forest. From November to January, the ripe, reddish berries are picked by hand and processed at their own local washing stations. 2. During the harvest, the FairChain farmers bring their ripe, red berries from the surrounding area come here. First, the berries are washed. In order to ensure the quality, the beans are then slowly dried on the drying beds. Mostly women process the single coffee. 3. The green beans are roasted after processing in the local roasting plant in Ethiopia. This not only creates more local jobs in the coffee-growing countries, but also enables more opportunities. The coffee is roasted for about 27 minutes. As a result, a syrupy taste, an aroma of cocoa with a note of jasmine and a slight aftertaste of Icing sugar. 4. Immediately after the beans are roasted, they are packaged. The team packs the coffee with nitroflush so that all the oxygen escapes from the packaging and the beans arrive fresh in Europe. The single filter coffee from Moyee comes from Limu, Ethiopia. Thus, the coffee specialty is from the coffee region, the birthplace of coffee and has beautiful, complex and full aromas and flavors. For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
