Gentle shampoo with a moisturizing effect The Olive Fruit Oil Nourishing Shampoo from the shampoos of Kiehl's is a mild hair wash with a rich, creamy texture . It contains a combination of olive oil, avocado oil and lemon extract, which the hair is already washed with intensively moisturizes and makes it shine . The ingredients keep the hair supple and soft, without weighing it down, making styling easier. Due to its gentle cleansing effect, the shampoo is ideal after too much sun exposure, after chemical treatments and after styling on high heat.A small amount of shampoo is placed in the palms and distributed in wet hair. The hair shampoo is then massaged into the hair and scalp with the fingertips and rinsed out carefully with lukewarm water. In case of eye contact, the shampoo should be rinsed out immediately with plenty of water.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
