Description

Highly effective vegan body scrub soap based on six selected oils with an invigorating fragrance. Cleanses the skin thoroughly and facilitates the exfoliation of dead skin cells with the contained clove particles. The composition of various oils tones the skin and refreshes with each application. Cocoa butter creates creamy, nourishing foam, while shea butter and coconut oil moisturize the skin. The castor oil contained has an antiseptic and wound healing effect even with heavily stressed hands or fine cracks in the skin. Gentle enough for daily use on all skin types.Each soap bar is produced using an elaborate cold pressing process to bring the oils used into a perfect balance and to guarantee that their aroma is perceptible for a long time. After production, the soap undergoes a long maturation process of several weeks in which it loses water until it is finally completely cured and its effect and yield are fully developed. Only when this quality is achieved, each of our fine foaming soaps can be packed by hand and set off on the journey to its final destination.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.
