Good coffee beans alone do not make a good espresso.

If you hold your portafilter directly under the mill, you usually have a tapered pile of coffee ground in the sieve after the grinding process. If you then make the mistake of the coffee ground directly to the tampen, you get a coffee puck that is significantly denser in the middle.

As the water seeks the path of the lowest resistance during the brewing process, less water will run through the more compressed centre of the coffee puck and insufficiently release the valuable aromas from the ground coffee.

With our special Tre distributor, you can distribute the grinding material directly after grinding into the edge areas of the sieve, so that the coffee puck has the same density and the extraction is perfect.

The working depth of the distributor can be easily adjusted and locked by hand from 5 to 13 mm. Instructions are included with the distributor.

Place the distributor on the filled sieve and turn clockwise 3-4 times. Then simply tamp!

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
