They add: 450ml of cold water. Put the mixture in a bowl and pour the water over it. Stir briefly with a spoon, then let swell for 2 -3 minutes and stir well again. Form the mass into an oval loaf with wet hands and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Smooth the loaf of bread from above with a little water. Place the baking tray in the cold oven (middle rail), set the oven to upper and lower heat to 200 °C and bake for about 80 minutes. Let the bread cool down well before slicing.
