You can bake this... even without a baking pan! You don't have to wait for a lengthy rising time and you get all the ingredients in a single, easy-to-open bag. Simply mix with boiling water and vinegar - the wonderfully juicy seed bread is (almost) ready.

Storage and use conditions
Store protected from heat and in a dry place.
Preparation
You also need: 400 ml hot water, 50 ml apple cider vinegar, wooden spoon and 1 baking pan (approx. 20 cm long).
1. Mix the dough: Place the contents of the package in a bowl and pour 400 ml of boiling hot water over them. Add apple cider vinegar and stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon. After a minute, mix the dough thoroughly again and pour it into a lightly greased baking pan (20cm). Let it soak at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Baking: Bake in a preheated oven for 75 minutes at 190°C fan oven or 90 minutes at 200°C top/bottom heat on the middle rack.
3. Cool down: After baking, carefully remove it from the mold and let it cool down on a rack for approx. 4 hours.
