Will this change your life? We don't know. What we do know, however, is that our bread, with its flakes, kernels and seeds, is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. As modest as it is, it doesn't require any rising time or baking pan. What are you waiting for? Unpack, mix, bake, enjoy!

Simply add 100 g of finely chopped enerBiO dried fruits or 100 g of various enerBiO nuts to the bread before baking. Do you want it sweet and nutty at the same time? Organic baking mix for a gluten-free seed bread
Preparation
You add: 450 ml cold water.
Put the mixture in a bowl and stir briefly with a spoon, then let it swell for 2-3 minutes and stir well again.
With wet hands, shape the mixture into an oval loaf and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Smooth the top of the loaf with a little water.
Place the baking tray in the cold oven (middle rack). Set the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat and bake for about 80 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool thoroughly before cutting.
