Description

The Super Gou 161 blades have an extremely flat grinding angle between 10 and 12.5 degrees. They are made from 160 folded, rust-proof, Japanese SG2 micro carbide powder steel (sintered metal). Together with the cutting core, this produces 161 layers. The cutting core made of SG2 sintered metal has an extremely high hardness of approx. 63 degree Rockwell (HRC). This powder steel has an extremely high degree of purity and makes the knives extremely durable, so that this flat grinding angle is possible. The result is the fine cut without pressure and effort. The cutting core is therefore even harder than with knives with VG 10 steel and thus keeps the blade really very sharp for a very long time (intended use and handling required!). The surface of these knives is engraved as a sign of the highest quality of Super Gou 161, with a Japanese damask shield. The Super Gou 161 handle is made from FDA approved linen mirkata plus. This indestructible material is made from linen and resin and will remain unchanged for decades. The handles are red/black and polished to a high shine. The handles are attached to the core (alder) with 3 stainless steel rivets. The alder itself, the rivets and the end of the grip piece are made of rust-proof CNS 18/10 steel and give each of these knives stability and balance. The Super Gou lettering is elegantly engraved on the end of the handle. Yaxell Corporation (founded in 1932) is one of Japan's best and most important knife suppliers. Each individual knife is subject to the most stringent quality controls, so the first-class quality of these beautiful knives is guaranteed. The Super Gou 161 blades are razor sharpened and should never be kept within reach of children.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
