For the cream: 200 ml cold milk (1.5% fat). For the decoration: 12 toothpicks or spaghetti pieces. Preparation: Prepare the dough. Place the baking mix, egg, cooking oil and 100 ml milk in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest speed, then mix on the highest speed for about 2 minutes until creamy. Baking: Place 12 baking cups on a baking sheet. Using 2 tablespoons, divide half of the batter into the cups. Set aside 2 level teaspoons of the color mix for later preparation of the cream. Stir the remaining color mix into the batter in the bowl and pour it onto the pink batter in the baking cups. Bake the cakes on the middle rack of the preheated oven. Before removing them from the oven, check whether the cakes are cooked using a wooden skewer. After baking, place the cakes on a wire rack to cool. Decorate: Pour the cold milk into a mixing bowl. Add the contents of the sachet and mix briefly on the lowest speed using an electric hand mixer (whisk), then beat on the highest speed for 2 minutes. Spread half of the cream onto the 12 cakes using 2 teaspoons. Briefly stir the reserved color mix into the remaining cream and spread it onto the blue cream using 2 teaspoons. Refrigerate the cakes until ready to serve. Briefly knead the white fondant with your hands, roll it into a rope and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 10 cm long, with the ends tapered. Divide the strand in half, place both pieces together, and twist starting at the tips. Push the toothpicks or spaghetti pieces into the horns as supports, using a gentle twisting motion. Just before serving, insert the horns decoratively into the cupcakes. Caution: The toothpicks are not edible. We recommend baking the cupcakes using top/bottom heat.
