Do you prepare large amounts of rice daily in your snack or restaurant and need a robust and powerful rice cooker? Then the cooker from the catering supplies from Royal Catering is just the thing for you! With a volume of up to 19 litres and two temperature settings, you can cook either airy loose side dishes or sticky sushi ice.

The electric rice cooker holds up to 19 litres. With the scale inside the pot, the ingredients can be easily portioned. This cooking device quickly reaches the operating temperature thanks to a power of 110 W and prepares even large amounts of rice in a short time. You can choose between two temperature settings (72 / 75 °C), where level I produces a loose airy rice, while level II is ideal for sticky sushi rice.

The housing and lid of the rice cooker for catering are made of stainless steel. Handle and regulator are made of plastic. The interior of the aluminium rice cooker is also covered with a non-stick coating and can be removed. In addition to the gastro rice cooker including lid, there is a rice spoon for portioning. Thanks to the 1.2 m long power cable, the multi-cooker can be flexibly placed in your kitchen.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
