Description

The Repair & Targeted Mild Shampoo from Nivea is a shampoo for damaged and damaged hair. The hair care contains the innovative Kera Detect® formula. Repairs damaged hair and gives it suppleness and shine In addition to the Kera Detect® active ingredient complex, the Repair & Targeted Mild Shampoo from Nivea contains Macadamia Oil and Eucerit®. The rich oil from the seeds of macadamia nuts wraps protectively around the hair. It will save the hair from moisture loss. The hair becomes more supple and is protected from hair breakage. The combability is improved. The hair is easier to style. Eucerit® contains components that support the hair's own cell building blocks resemble. As a result, the natural protective coat of the hair is strengthened. The shampoo with the hair-building active ingredients cares for damaged hair from the outside and from the inside.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
