The ID Hair Elements Repair Conditioner owes its excellent properties in terms of hair care to its special composition of active ingredients. The conditioner contains valuable marula oil , which nourishes the hair and protects it from external influences. French oak extracts have an antioxidant effect and neutralize free radicals to protect the hair from damage caused by oxidative stress. On the other hand, the formulation dispenses with unnecessary additives such as parabens, sulfates, allergenic perfumes and gluten and is completely vegan . For hair care with a clear conscience! Application The ID Hair Elements Repair Conditioner is suitable for all hair thicknesses. So that it can unfold its full effect, about 10 ml of the conditioner is applied to the washed, damp hair and evenly distributed in the lengths and tips. Then let it act for two to three minutes. Then comb through the hair with a coarse-toothed comb or a brush to distribute the conditioner better, and then rinse the hair thoroughly with clean water.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
