Summary
Colds and hay fever can affect your well-being. Xylo 0.1% nasal spray from Redcare helps with stuffy or runny nose. It contains the active ingredient xylometazoline, which has a vasoconstrictor effect and thus reduces the swelling of the nasal mucous membranes. The nasal secretions can drain better and breathing is easier.

Use the spray as described in this leaflet or exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Ask if you are unsure.
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, one spray is given into each nostril up to three times a day as needed for adults and children aged six and over.

Do you know that? You have a stuffy nose for days, it's difficult to breathe and you can't sleep through the night. In order to get fit again more quickly, we recommend a preparation that loosens the stuck mucus and reduces the swelling caused by inflammation.
Sinupret eXtract means that you can breathe freely again more quickly. Clinical studies confirm that the herbal medicine is highly effective and very well tolerated2.
Sinupret eXtract, with its 4-fold concentrated* plant combination of gentian, cowslip, dock herb, verbena and elderberry, offers an effective therapy for acute sinus infections with a runny nose. Sinupret eXtract has a good expectorant effect and reduces inflammation-related swelling of the nasal mucosa. This means you'll be fit again more quickly - and with proven good tolerance.

Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents aged 12 and over take 3x1 coated Sinupret eXtract tablet daily.
Sinupret eXtract is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.
Our tip for a stuffy nose: Sinupret eXtract can be used together with decongestant nasal sprays.
The transition from a cold to a sinus infection is fluid due to the anatomical circumstances. A study has shown that in 87% of cases of a normal cold the nasal sinuses are already involved3. The reason for this is that the mucous membranes of the nose and its sinuses form a physiological unit.
Cold viruses can spread through small connecting passages in the sinuses when you have a cold. The consequences are: swelling of the mucous membranes and increased mucus formation in the nose and sinuses. The thin connecting ducts and sinuses quickly become blocked. The result is unpleasant pressure or pain in the face and head.
The therapy is therefore clear: loosen stuck mucus and improve nasal breathing. Sinupret eXtract can do both: the thick mucus can flow away and the nose opens. On average, you'll be fit again two days earlier4!
*A 4x concentration does not equate to 4x effectiveness. The 4-fold concentration refers to Ø 720 mg of plant mixture used in Sinupret extract (corresponds to 160 mg of dry extract) compared to 156 mg of plant mixture in Sinupret forte, or to the bioflavonoids that determine the active properties.
