Description

Our shaving soap, hand-sown in a copper kettle, makes your wet shaving a great and above all natural experience. The finest vegetable oils such as organic coconut oil and organic babassu oil provide lush foam, vegetable stearin for its creaminess. Selected ingredients in combination with natural essential oils and resins are the basis for an exciting variety of the finest shaving soaps. Organic coconut oil, cold-pressed macadamia nut oil, organic glycerin moisturize and the fat accompanying substances protect the skin. Due to the soothing effect, macadamia nut oil is mainly used for dry, cracked and stressed skin. In addition, the vegetable oils make the skin soft and supple. Organic jojoba oil, organic babassu oil, organic argan oil are very moisturizing, protect the skin from moisture loss, are well absorbed and are ideal for shaving and caring for irritated, reddish skin. Naturally pure essential oils: We only use naturally pure, essential oils of the best quality for scenting.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
