    Turmeric, also known as curcuma, is a tropical mountain plant and belongs to the ginger family. Their homeland is India and Southeast Asia. Curcuma naturally contains the secondary plant substance curcumin, which gives the plant its yellow-orange color. Raab Organic Curcuma Powder is a mixture of turmeric with standardized curcumin content (4950 mg / 100 g; 149 mg / 3 g) and ground pepper with piperine (68 mg / 100 g; 2 mg / 3 g). In addition to curcumin and piperine, the mixture contains iron and the trace element manganese. Manganese helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism.
    99% turmeric powder*², 1% ground pepper* (* from controlled organic cultivation; ² turmeric roots from Madagascar, Nicaragua, Peru, India)
    Add 1 heaped teaspoon (3 g each) of turmeric powder to 250 ml daily Liquid, e.g. fruit juices, vegetable juices, smoothies, shakes or warm soup. The powder is also good for coloring and refining dishes.
    Store cool (6-25 °C) and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.
