Because smooth and shiny hair is no longer a feat with Straightening Balm. The ingredient Coix seed is completely natural and can successfully tame waves and curls. This gives you a smooth look and shimmering highlights in your hair. Natural or artificially curled? In order for the Straightening Balm from Lanza to smooth the curls, they can be both natural or made by perm. Healing smooth articles from balm to conditioner to shampoo and styler ensure that the straight hair then, freshly styled, sit perfectly for hours and shine. It contains a cactus extract and proteins as well as an evening primrose extract and rosehip oil as well as sorbitol and cysteine. After hair cleansing with the special shampoo and conditioner, the balm is the ideal for slightly felting hair. The cactus essences equip the hair with a thermal protection which also helps against the damage of solar radiation. A soft, supple head of hair, good manageability and radiant shine - that's how you will definitely like yourself one hundred percent!

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
