The Duft & Doft Salmon Vgene Mask is a highly effective anti-aging care mask that is one of the bestsellers of the Korean beauty brand. It is made from ecological fibers and does not contain parabens, mineral oils, sulfates, artificial colors and benzophenone. The luxurious, dermatologically tested fiber cloth mask is enriched with valuable ingredients such as saccharomyces from green tea, aloe vera, collagen, omega-3 Peptide acids and pearl extracts, which significantly accelerate the rejuvenation process of the skin and provide intensive moisture. It contains three times more active ingredients than other face care masks on the market and is therefore particularly effective. In addition to the anti-wrinkle effect, the mask also possesses skin-lightening properties. How is the Duft & Doft Salmon Vgene Mask used? Before applying the face mask to the skin, thoroughly clean the skin with a tonic suitable for the skin type. Then remove the facial care from the packaging, apply it to the face and smooth out possible wrinkles. As soon as the mask rests smoothly on the skin, you can sit back for ten to 20 minutes and let the facial care work. After the exposure time, remove the fiber mask and massage the excess serum into the face and décolleté. In order to achieve optimal results, regular use is necessary.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
