Lavera Neutral Face Cream PZN: 14024553 The Neutral face cream is very rich and yet absorbs quickly into the skin (oil in water emulsion). The aim is to protect the skin from further dehydration and to intensively care for it with organic olive oil, organic beeswax, triglycerides, organic shea butter and organic evening primrose oil and to actively support its regeneration process. Organic jojoba oil and glycerin provide the skin with the necessary moisture, vitamin E and vitamin C give additional skin protection. Dosage and instructions for use: Apply to cleansed skin and massage gently. Composition:Demineralized water, olive oil*, vegetable emulsifier, bio-alcohol*, triglycerides (vegetable oil mixture), beeswax*, shea butter*, glycerin fatty acid ester, vegetable glycerin, castor oil (hardened), jojoba oil*, evening primrose oil*, fennel extract*, witch hazel extract *, soybean oil *, active ingredient of licorice root, Magnesium mineral, beeswax ester, vitamin E acetate, vitamin E, sunflower oil*, vitamin C palmitate, glycerides from palm oil, lecithin, plant sterols * Raw materials from controlled organic cultivation

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
