It is applied to the hair mixed with the Koleston colors and allows unlimited creativity. The hair colors of the Koleston Perfect series ensure a long-lasting, exceptional color intensity and easily cover gray hair . All colorations contain 25 percent anabolic active ingredients and lipids that care for your hair already during application. Gentle results with breathtaking Shine and intense color brilliance so you are safe. How to apply the Wella Koleston Perfect Special Mix The creamy Special Mix is used to intensify or correct a color nuance. The lighter the base tone, the less special mix should be added. However, the product is generally mixed with the hair colors only in a small amount. Then apply the mixture evenly to dry hair. The exposure time depends on the strength of the oxidizing agent as well as on the desired color result and can be adjusted almost arbitrarily.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
