With the Wella Koleston Perfect Me+ Special Blonds hair colors you can create unique and unmistakable blond shades of from natural, light blond to ash gold and light mother-of-pearl . The hair colors offer you perfect opacity, color intensity and brilliance and also make gray hair disappear effortlessly. In addition to the charming blonde shades, you can decorate your hair with the special blonds around lighten up to five tone levels . The hair colors are also enriched with 25 percent building active ingredients and lipids, so that your hair is already cared for during coloring. The result is supple soft hair with intense shine and extraordinary brilliance. How to apply the Wella Koleston Perfect Me+ Special Blonds In contrast to the other Koleston Perfect Me+ Color treatments, the Special Blonds are Mixing ratio of 1:2 mixed with the Welloxon Perfect oxidant. You can choose between a hydrogen content of nine or twelve percent. After stirring, the mixture is evenly applied to the dry hair. How long the hair color needs to act depends on the strength of the oxidation cream and the desired color result. The Special Blonds can be intensified or corrected by mixing them with the Perfect Me+ Special Mix.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
