Kis Keratin Infusion System - KeraDirekt The KeraDirect color system from the Color series by KIS Keratin Infusion System consists of seven fashionable shades and a brightener (Clear). When applying, you can give free rein to your creativity: use the colors pure or mix them with the brightener if necessary - for example, if you want to achieve a lighter shade of color or a soft pastel shade. Since the color pigments have already been developed, the coloration is ready for immediate use so that you can completely dispense with the addition of hydrogen peroxide. KIS Color: Coloring the hair made easy If you have your hair fast and effective if you want to colorize, make the right choice with KeraDirekt. The product is applied in sufficient quantity to the washed, towel-dried hair and carefully distributed. After an exposure time of 15 to 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly with warm water. After application, your hair not only inspires with a completely new look, but also with a great shine and a pleasant smoothness.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
