Description

The solid conditioner makes your hair wonderfully supple and easy to comb. The solid conditioner has a delicate vanilla scent and provides your hair with nutrients thanks to selected ingredients that provide a silky shine. Handmade in France. Plastic-free packaging. Biodegradable. 100% vegan and natural. Our conditioner is made according to the Cosmos standard for certified natural cosmetics and consists of 47.5% of ingredients of biological origin. Application: After washing, apply a small amount of the firm hair conditioner directly or with your fingertips to your damp hair tips and strands and rinse the hair afterwards! If you carefully place the solid conditioner in a soap dish and store it as dry as possible, it will last even longer. Note: This solid conditioner is suitable for biting, but not for consumption. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes and apply the conditioner only externally. Please do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Our hair conditioner does not contain essential oils, so it can be used by pregnant, lactating and children. Please note that the product is not suitable for children under three years of age.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
