The sun vitamin also supports the immune system, cell division and the maintenance of muscle function. Regular exercise, a balanced diet and stays in the fresh air form the basis for stable health. Sometimes, however, the immune system can use some“ extra help". Vitamin D drops in the family pack Thanks to convincing study results, vitamin D has gained in importance in the last decade. The German society for nutrition (DGE) has quadrupled its recommended intake to 20 µg (800 IU) vitamin D daily. The aim of the DGE is to achieve vitamin D values in serum of more than 50 nmol/L. For many experts, however, these figures are not sufficient. Dr. Jacob's Vitamin D3 oil is ideal for the whole family, also for toddlers and infants, due to the practical pipette as a drop. Our recommended intake for adults, children and infants is 100% in line with the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society. With 600 portions, Dr. Jacob's Vitamin D3 oil is also extremely productive. (Per bottle of vitamin D3 oil, approximately 0.016 g of lanolin is used to produce vitamin D.) 20 ml (600 portions of 800 iu vitamin D3) Consumption recommendation: Recommended dosage for adults and children from 1 year: take 1 drop daily (=1 portion).
