The mildly formulated KLAIRS Supple Preparation All-Over Lotion contains the same amount of moisturizing ingredients as the toner, such as beta-glucan, hyaluronic acid and polyquaternium-51. The perfect lotion for face and body. You can use the light lotion wherever it needs moisture. The all-over lotion provides your skin with optimal moisture without sticking. The lotion is quickly absorbed into the skin and can be used at any time of the year.What is the difference between the Rich Moist Soothing Cream & All-Over Lotion?The Rich Moist Soothing Cream balances the moisture of the skin by soothing / moisturizing the sensitive skin and helping to regenerate the skin continuously. It has a thicker consistency than the lotion to protect sensitive skin and acts as a solid daily face cream.The Supple All-Over Lotion is a moisturizing lotion that has a slightly lighter consistency than the Rich Moist Soothing Cream, it helps to restore hydration in the skin without leaving a feeling of heaviness and without being sticky. The lotion can maintain the moisture in the skin continuously. Perfectly suitable for oily/combination skin. The product has a pH value of 7.05Tip:1) Apply generous amounts 2-3 times to dry areas.2) You can transfer the lotion into a small container and use it as a hand cream on the go.3) The lotion can even be mixed with other creams to achieve greater hydration.4) You can also apply a small amount of the lotion to damaged hair tips (only for towel-dried hair)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
