Chi Ionic Color Illuminate Conditioner - color refreshing conditioner for colored hair The Ionic Color Illuminate Conditioner is available in six different, vibrant shades and is therefore perfect for light, but also for dark hair. The conditioner is based on a high-quality, novel complex of active ingredients, the most important ingredients are zinc, silk and various Peptide acids. These intensively nourish the hair, give it a silky, soft texture and provide a beautiful shine. The innovative Peptide complex with ceramics penetrates the hair in a gentle way, ensuring that the color is perfectly protected and enclosed. After dyeing, the conditioner helps to regenerate colored hair in a targeted manner. It provides plenty of moisture and makes your individual nuance shine. The hair color is optimized and refined. The conditioner can be easily applied to washed, towel-dried hair and massaged in. To achieve the most intense result, you should leave the conditioner on for 2 to 15 minutes.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
