The mixture of predominantly African Arabica and Robusta coffee beans in the ratio of 50:50 impresses with its rounded intense character. Their slightly sweet taste of roasted almonds is accompanied by floral notes and prepares a pleasant mouthfeel while enjoying. Due to the high proportion of Robusta beans, you can look forward to a sensational, honey-colored crema with a syrupy taste. Espresso roasting in small batches Just as strong as the final product is the care taken by the Ponte Rialto roastery during the processing of the coffee beans. The selected beans are roasted manually over the open fire. This happens over a relatively long time of 23 minutes, and always in small batches for a flawless beans image, and an optimal flavor. After the roasting process, the beans are sorted again so that only the best beans get into the bag. The mixture for all coffee specialities Whether enjoyed pure as an espresso or as a basis for a great coffee creation, the Ponte Rialto Forte is always a first-class choice. This espresso is ideal for preparation in a screen carrier machine or a fully automatic coffee machine. Due to the limited availability of raw coffees, the small batches and the extensive manual work, it is not surprising that the roasts are always limited editions and that the coffees of Ponte Rialto are not constantly in stock.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
