Pinot Noir / Nebbiolo Wine Glass Set of 2 The Riedel Veloce Pinot Noir Nebbiolo set of 2 is perfect for light red wines with high acidity and moderate tannin content. The round shape of the goblet underlines the fruity character of the wine and softens the high acidity. The glass was made with the latest technology from Riedel's own factory and feels like handmade, but offers the precision of machine production. It is particularly suitable for wines from the New World and is equipped with an engraving of the respective grape variety on the ground (100 mm diameter). The specifications of the glass include: Design year: 2022 Volume: 763 ccm Height: 247 mm Quantity: 2 Method of manufacture: machine-made Material: crystal glass For cleaning Riedel glasses, the following instructions should be observed: use dishwasher-safe soft water (low degree of hardness) to avoid stains Avoid scratches by avoiding glass contact with other glass or metal Remove stains using white vinegar Use stemware stand, if possible wash by hand under warm water and with detergent and rinse thoroughly two polishing cloths use to polish the glass (do not stick to the bottom plate) Stem breakage can occur due to improper handling, often due to turning the bottom plate with a fixed cup or, conversely, do not store glasses in kitchen cabinets with strong odors, as they can transfer to the glass. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
