Selected 100% Arabica beans from South and Central America Characteristic aftertaste due to particularly large beans Wet espresso Gently roasted according to origin in the drum 100% Arabica Composition The Pellini roasting No. 3 is a new 100% Arabica composition with well-selected beans from South and Central America. For the Gran Aroma, only premium beans are selected by sorting out any break already during cleaning. This also includes the selection of large beans, which have a characteristic aromatic and full-bodied aftertaste. Wet processed The raw beans are wet processed before roasting in order to refine the aroma and enhance the characteristics. This promotes sensory nuances of chocolate and honey when prepared as espresso. Completely in the classic Pellini style, the beans are completed with a gentle drum roasting, which is carried out individually for each bean variety. After roasting, the individual varieties come to rest separately before being refined in this blend.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
