    offers a unique form of nebulizer therapy for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses. The PARI SINUS
    causes the aerosol to pulsate so that it can penetrate into your sinuses. Exactly where it is needed.
    Aerosol characteristics of PARI LC SPRINT SINUS nebulizer were measured with the PARI SINUS2 nebulizer device. Particle size was measured using the Next Generation Impactor (NGI). Measurement at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity. Nebulized medium: 2ml Salbutamol (1ml/1ml) Jet Flow 4.6l/min.
    All spare parts are available in Germany from specialist retailers and pharmacies. In all other countries, PARI items can be purchased locally from our respective PARI representative.
    Many of the common therapy options for treating inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, such as nasal sprays and nasal rinses, fail because they cannot pass through the narrow accesses to the paranasal sinuses. In tablet form, medications are distributed throughout the body, not just where they are needed.
    Nebulizer therapy with PARI SINUS
    , on the other hand, is a gentle and non-invasive therapy. The pulsation allows the mist (aerosol) and, if necessary, the medication to reach the nasal sinuses much better.
    You can use the PARI SINUS
    to nebulize saline solution to liquefy secretions.
    The higher the salt concentration, the more the secretion is mobilized.

    Suitable for everyone aged 6 and over.

    Isotonic saline solutions have a salt content of 0. 9 percent, such as the PARI NaCl inhalation solution, and therefore has the same salt concentration as human blood.
    Solutions with more than 0.9 percent salt content are referred to as hypertonic. PARI offers two variants: MucoClear 3% and 6%.
    The higher the salt concentration, the more the secretion is mobilized.
