Description

These are the dried tea leaves of the famous West Lake Longjing Green Tea. The tea leaves are planted and picked by local tea farmers in Hangzhou. This tea leaf is picked before the Grain Rain Day and is considered the second best West Lake Longjing tea.

New tea begins to sell from April 5, and orders before April Fifth will be sent with tea leaves picked in the previous year.

Longjing Tea Introduction: Longjing Tea is a delicious drink with potential health benefits due to its rich antioxidant content. West Lake Dragon Well Tea has led the list of the ten most famous teas in China and is characterised by its green colour, delicate aroma, gentle taste and beautiful shape. Its story can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907), and it has been famous in China since the Song Dynasty (960-1279), predominant in the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing Dynasty.

How to brew Longjing tea: add three grams (one teaspoon) of tea into the cup, pour 150ml (leaves ratio: water should be about 1:50) of 85°C water into the cup, and wait about ten minutes until the tea leaves expand due to absorption of water.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
