The puzzle cushion set by Lulando is a soft and practical play mat for your baby. It is ideal for toddling and playing and is a real eye-catcher for any child's room. Thanks to the use of different materials and patterns, the cushions promote imagination, perceptibility and creativity of your child.
The child-safe cushions are super soft and have no hard or sharp elements - if something goes wild when playing. The top and bottom of the cushions are made from 100% cotton and the sides are made from the soft plush material Minky. The cushion filling is made from hypoallergenic and breathable polyester fibres and does not lose its properties even after repeated washing. The fabrics used to make our puzzle cushions have the standard 100 from Oeko Tex, which means they meet the most stringent human ecological requirements and are safe in contact with sensitive skin of infants and toddlers.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
