    Premium Propylene Glycol 1L E1520 with food certification in brown bottle from Campwell. It is 99.5% pharmaceutically pure, tasteless and odourless. Propylene glycol is a substance commonly used, either as a food additive or as a component of many cosmetic and hygiene products. Properties and parameters of propylene glycol E1520: oily, colourless and odourless liquid with a slightly sweet taste. Characterized by high viscosity. Has excellent solubility in acetone and water. Highly hygroscopic. Has a density of 1.04 g/cm3. CAS No. 57-55-6. EC no. 200-338. 0 Benefof Propylene Glycol: - Helps prevent food ingredients from sticking together and forming clumps - Extends the shelf life of food - Has emollient properties - Dissolves other food additives or nutrients used in processing, such as dyes or antioxidants - Helps keep food moist and prevents drying out - Used for thickening food - Helps keep liquids clearer - Has hydrophilic and hygroscope. The properties properties of of the skin, moisturises, refines and smooths it - is an excellent solvent for other ingredients - can be easily mixed with water and binds Use of propylene glycol: - In pharmacy, it is used as an ingredient in many liquids in which it serves as an excipient (additive) - Is one of the most commonly used ingredients in cosmetics and personal care products, including face gels, moisturizers, bath seifen, Shampoos and conditioners, deodorants and shaving agents - In the automotive industry it is used to supplement air conditioners - It is ideal for moisturising the skin and softening the epidermis - For the production of resins and adhesives
