Targeted care for the dry and irritated scalp. Apply at least once a day specifically to the dry and irritated areas of the scalp. The scalp lotion is quickly absorbed and does not need to be washed out. It can also remain on the scalp overnight and be washed out the next morning with the mild benevi neutral shampoo.
With panthenol and zinc gluconate for irritated skin conditions
With glycerin for additional hydration

The scalp itches, it is usually too dry and irritated. There can be many reasons for this: often the hair is washed too regularly or with too aggressive shampoos. Sometimes certain styling products such as color care or tinting are also not tolerated. But also too dry air, wearing caps, physical or mental stress, hormonal changes or certain skin diseases such as neurodermatitis can lead to itching on the scalp. Special hair shampoos can offer a remedy, but they have the problem that their exposure time is often much too short to effectively get the problem under control. This shows the advantage of a lotion that can remain on the scalp and is not washed out again after a short time!
The benevi neutral scalp lotion is absorbed without greasing and has a skin-neutral pH value. Panthenol and zinc gluconate counteract skin irritation; glycerin retains moisture in the skin. At the same time, the benevi neutral scalp lotion is free of harmful ingredients such as fragrances and dyes, silicones and mineral oils. This makes it particularly suitable for very sensitive, allergic and often itchy, irritated or inflamed skin.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
