The ingredients are mixed, cooled to below 10°C, and then loosened while being exposed to air. This gives the crispbread its characteristic holey pattern, making it airy, light, and crispy. Finally, the dough is spread thinly and baked in the baking line for 10 minutes. The initial temperature of 320°C drops to 120°C by the end of the 50-meter-long baking line.
