Description

The Frankfurter Rösterei Hoppenworth & Ploch understands their craft. The mixture of the beans from Ethiopia and Brazil is no accident. The combination is deliberately chosen to combine the best of both varieties. In addition to the preparation, the two types of beans have another common ground: the cultivation on the farms Fazenda Dutra (Brazil) and Tega & Tula (Ethiopia) is bio-certified. Thus, the mixture of both beans is certified organic coffee. The roasting profile has been carefully developed to work out the strengths and special features of the two varieties. The result is an espresso with medium roasting degree and concise grades. Thanks to the natural preparation, the espresso tastes wonderfully sweet, with aromas of chocolate and forest berry.
The Natural Blend from Hoppenworth & Ploch is an espresso mix of 100 % Arabica beans of various origins. Blend (in contrast to the single origin) is roasted that are based on a mixture of different coffee beans in terms of origin and variety. The term "natural", on the other hand, refers to the preparation of the coffee beans or coffee cherries, between harvesting and roasting. With natural or dry preparation, the coffee cherries are dried after harvesting before the dried pulp is removed from the core - the beloved coffee bean. Due to the longer contact between coffee bean and drying pulp, sugar from the fruit binds to the coffee bean, which creates a sweet and often fruity taste. Back to the Natural Blend from Hoppenworth & Ploch: This espresso is a mixture of dry -prepared coffee beans. In this case, the 100 % Arabica coffee beans come from Brazil and Ethiopia.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
