Summary
50 practical dosing bags for the preparation of a nose rinse. Per bag (2.5 g) for loosening in 250 ml of water.
Particularly recommended as a simple, thorough and safe method for rinsing the nose with a salt solution.
Sodium chloride (99.99 %) Trace elements: iron, calcium, magnesium and sulfate.
Without preservatives and a means of flow regulation.
1. Warm 250 ml of pure, drinkable tap water on body heat and dissolve a bag of nasaline salt (approx. 2.5 g) in it. The water then has the same salt content as the human body (0.9 %) and is therefore referred to as a physiological salt water. If you feel a slightly stinging feeling in your nose, you probably have used too much or too little salt.
2. Pull the body warm salt water into the syringe by pulling up the syringe piston.
3. Set or sit down slightly over a sink, press the silicone top closely against the nostril and slowly spray the salt water into your nose. During the rinsing process, breathe calmly through your mouth and avoid swallowing.
As soon as the salt water reaches the rear nose room, the palate usually closes reflexively. The salt water runs through the second nostril, whereby unnecessary mucus and external particles are removed from the nose. A rinsing takes between three and seven seconds.
Then rinse the second nostril in the same way. You can climb unnecessary salt water. A small amount of salt water can still be in the nose and only run out after a few hours. This is harmless, but you can prevent this by bending your head forward after rinsing and turning from one side to the other.
A two -time rinsing with full syringe (60 ml) in each nostril is recommended in the morning and in the evening or as needed.
pregnancy and breast tillation: Nasaline can be used both during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
Cleaning the syringe: pull the piston out of the spray and clean both parts with warm water. Let the parts dry in the air. Nasaline tolerates hand detergent and hot water. This is not necessary to clean the syringe. If the piston is heavy, the black membrane can be greased with a drop of food oil. > Magnesium ion
