Description

in 1945, Saquella started his first own roastery, after coffee had been an integral part of the Italian trading company since 1856. Traditional coffees such as the Saquella Napoli from the HORECA line now inspire friends of the small strong espresso all over the world as well as fans of the specialties cappuccino and latte macchiato. The typical, very dark roasting of the mixture of 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta convinces with a powerful body and a long-lasting crema. Massive in appearance, black under nugat-colored crema, a hint of chocolate in the aftertaste – the Saquella Napoli fulfills all wishes for the espresso, which revives the past holiday in Italy at home. Its high degree of roasting tickles the best of the bean mixture and gives the coffee a medium caffeine content. Computer-assisted monitoring prevents too hot roasting and guarantees a noble balance in terms of acidity and bitterness. The high proportion of Robusta beans crowns the espresso with a stable crema and at the same time makes the powerful southern Italian the perfect basis for milk specialties such as cappuccino & Co. Whether it's a portafilter or a fully automatic machine - the Saquella Napoli stands as a guarantee for full–bodied coffee enjoyment. Its diversity convinces both sides - the fans of the powerful little black as well as the followers of rather soft milk coffee specialties. Its strong aroma without a noticeable acid content brings the flair of southern Italian caffès straight home. Not quite as strong as the Saquella Crema Bar, the Napoli is also pleasing to the beginner palate.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
