Description

In the beautiful area of Costa Rica, one of the most refined varieties of Arabica beans produced. For over 30 years, in Pérez Zeledòn, a small district of the Brunca valley, Fabio Fonseca, co-produced with his wife and his sons carefully Catuai, a true specialty coffee. The landscape around the plantation is characterized by the colorful promontory and lush, tropical fruit trees. A natural cover that shades the red berries of the coffee trees. Handpicking in combination with process techniques makes this single origin one of the best coffees in the world. Origin: Costa Rica - Brunca Valley - Pérez Zeledòn Variety: Arabica Catuai Processing method: semi-washed / sun dried Harvest Time: November - January, Height: 1.600 - 1.800 Meters Profile in the cup: This coffee is characterized by its amazing fullness and balanced acidity. You will feel notes of dried fruits with a pleasant aftertaste of citrus fruits and chocolate with the first sip. For the Single Origin coffees we recommend the coffee preparation with the hand filter.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.

Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr, our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
