Description

Finding the famous golden mean is very difficult for many people. Apparently not the Ponte Rialto roastery. With the Mezzo mixture, you have found exactly this middle, and named the mixture directly after it.
The Mezzo is a balanced blend of 70% Arabica- with 30% Robusta beans, which is both pleasantly strong and mild in taste at the same time.
When drinking, it reminds you of chocolate with aromas. The crema is quite strong and stable and has a velvety structure. When preparing it in the portafilter machine, you can enjoy a viscous, creamy coffee flow that makes some of us think of liquid chocolate. This gourmet coffee is also perfectly suitable for preparation in a fully automatic coffee machine.
When it comes to its own quality standards, Ponte Rialto, on the other hand, positions itself absolutely not in the middle, but at the very top! The exquisite beans are roasted by hand in small batches over an open fire. On the one hand, this selective procedure makes a particularly even roasting possible, on the other hand, the beans can develop their aromas and oils particularly well. After roasting, the beans are sorted again so that only flawless beans get into the bag. This also explains why all the coffees from Ponte Rialto are known for their even bean appearance.
The mezzo not only tastes great as an espresso for breakfast or after a meal, but can also be enjoyed in the form of specialty coffees such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.
Due to the limited availability of green coffees, the small batches and the extensive manual work, it is not surprising that the roasts are always limited editions and the coffees from Ponte Rialto are not always in stock.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
