    The bean containers offer space for 2 types of coffee beans with a content of 1 x 1 kg. The built-in mills with precision grinding mechanism made of tool steel with a large diameter of the grinding discs (75mm) ensure dust-free, even cold grinding and an individually adjustable coffee powder weight of 7-20 g / cup.

    The device is operated using a processor-controlled chip key. For each individual cup of coffee, the coffee beans are ground directly and the drink is freshly prepared in the low-wear coffee plunger. The outlet height can be adjusted for different vessel sizes from approx. 70 to 185 mm. Sophisticated mechanics and the high-pressure pump guarantee a long service life. The products and operating instructions are displayed on the large 8.4" touch display.

    There is a selection of up to 900 different coffee specialties in service staff group mode, and 10 products in self-service mode. All coffee products can be purchased as single or double portions. A repetition circuit enables the selected portion to be repeated several times with the same coffee quality.

    The output quantity can be set individually in 1 ml steps. Another type of coffee (e.g. decaffeinated coffee) can be dispensed via an additional input chute. After each brewing process, the machine is immediately ready for use again. Optimum ground coffee yield can be guaranteed by injecting the brewing water twice. (pre-infusion). All important factors, such as weight, amount of water, degree of grinding, temperature, served products, etc., can be changed quickly and easily via the display panel. The ground coffee is disposed of by dry ejection into a drawer (for approx. 25-30 portions) which is secured against overfilling.

    The integrated milk frother system with milk pump for frothing and heating milk, as well as dispensing cold milk and cold milk froth, guarantees consistently perfect milk froth quality.

    The instant system with an approx. 1.3 kg storage container enables the preparation of all cocoa specialties with either water, or milk and water, or the use of milk powder as an alternative to fresh milk. The container is firmly closed via the front door.

    An automatic cleaning program with easy-to-use tablets guarantees maximum cleanliness for both the coffee and the milk system with the least amount of work.

    From a carbonate water hardness of 3°, all fully automatic coffee specialty machines of the Melitta® Cafina® XT7 series must be equipped with a Brita water filter.

    The suction height of the milk pump is max. 700 mm from the lower edge of the machine (hose length max. 1200 mm).

    Electrical connection (a):

    The connections must be made via easily accessible Schuko sockets.
