Description

The mixture of 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans is roasted over an open wood fire using the traditional drum roasting method. Gentle and handcrafted – as it was more than 100 years ago. The long roasting time of the coffee beans from 15 to 25 minutes makes the Italian Espresso unique mild and creamy. The MariaSole Caffè Crema is particularly soft, elegant and very low in acidity. When enjoying a cup, aromas of roasted walnuts unfold on the palate. The crema is chocolatey sweet. The MariaSole Caffè Crema also has a particularly long-lasting aftertaste. We are pleased to inform you that the DLG Food Test Centre has awarded the Gold Medal to our MariaSole Caffè Crema. All coffee products were tested by experts in neutral tests based on current and scientifically proven test methods. The focus of the DLG tests is on sensory product analysis. This takes into account, among other things, the criteria of appearance, smell and taste as well as the balance of the coffee products, which are decisive for consumers. Note: The pads are manufactured according to the E. S. E. standard and fit into corresponding E. S. E. Pad machines as well as espresso machines with screen carrier and corresponding E. S. E. Pad insert. However, they are not suitable for Senseo®machines.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
