That is why there is the Couvrance complexion correcting line: skin-friendly, hypoallergenic products without fragrances or preservatives* (Compact cream make-up rich/mattifying SPF3, mosaic powder, correction brush Beige SPF15, eyebrow correction pencil and correction stick SPF 2/3) that emphasize the natural beauty. Product advantages: The Couvrance Corrective Make-up Fluids have an optimal opacity and are available in the shades porcelain, naturel, beige, sand and honey. They conceal blemishes, give the skin an even and natural look and leave a silky-soft skin feeling. Active ingredients and mode of action of the product: The delicately melting, moisturizing make-up fluids contain a correction complex of pigments that complement each other and create an even complexion - without making the complexion look like a mask: * Color-reflecting pigments reflect certain colors, thereby reducing skin irregularities. A neutral base is created on which the mineral pigments can give off the color. * Light-reflecting pigments adapt to the ambient light – the complexion appears darker outside, lighter inside. This correction complex neutralizes color differences on the skin, covers and ensures an even complexion, without a mask effect. They contain pro-Tocopherol®, which protects the skin from free radicals.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
