Life can be so easy - with the Schümli E. S. E Pads from Mäder. Simply put a Schümli pad into the pad machine and enjoy fabulous Swiss espresso with an excellent crema in no time at all. Balanced Coffee Blend The cream Schümli E. S. E. Pads consist of 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta beans. The beans are roasted individually, gently and slowly in the long-term roasting process. The light and dark roasted beans are then mixed and a high-quality coffee blend is created for a mild espresso. But also café creme or a lungo can be prepared perfectly with this mixture. The taste convinces with a mild aroma, a balance and a strong note with a low acid content. In addition, the Robusta portion conjures up a great crema in the cup. Easy Espresso In contrast to conventional aluminium or plastic capsules, the E. S. E pads are made of filter paper and are therefore compostable. Thus, they are significantly more environmentally friendly than their capsule colleagues. To keep the wonderful aroma as long as possible, the pads are individually packed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.

Press Proceed to Pay at the checkout page and enter your credit card information in the next page of Telr, our Credit card payment gateway partner. Honest Forwarder never stores your credit card information.
