Application

Mix Shot with your chosen hair mask (250 ml). Mix well with a spatula. After mixing with the additive, the mask must be used within 12 months. Apply the mask to wet hair, leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

The product can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Temporary black henna tattoos can increase the risk of allergies. Do not color your hair if you have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp, have ever had a reaction after coloring your hair, have had a reaction to a temporary black henna tattoo in the past. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water. Do not use to dye eyelashes and eyebrows. Rinse hair thoroughly after use. Use suitable gloves. Conduct an allergy test 48 hours before each use of hair dye, even if you have used hair dye before. In case of any reaction or doubt, please consult a doctor before using hair dye. Keep out of reach of children.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
