The transparent gel allows the sensitive hair to gain resistance, elasticity and shine and also supports healthy regeneration and natural growth. Due to the regular care with the innovative serum, daily demands such as inking and cleaning no longer pose a danger and eyelashes and brows look optically denser, longer and perfectly groomed! With hyaluronic acid, panthenol and allantoin, the formula provides the hairs with optimal moisture and thus gives a smooth, supple and fuller appearance, while keratin strengthens the resilience of the hair and offers optimal protection against stress. The nourishing serum also relies on biotin, arginine and glycerin from a plant source to support hair metabolism, ensure optimal moisture retention and promote a healthy appearance. The soft Pedex fibers of the brush envelop each individual hair with the nourishing formulation thanks to a round, smooth surface and different fiber lengths. The tapered tip captures even the smallest eyelashes in the corners of the eyes and allows selective application to light areas of the eyebrows. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
