The company has taken many new products including the first fully automated product of blown glass stemware. When the glass industry fought with the environmental problems of lead and other heavy metals in crystal, the company was the first glassmaker to produce lead-free crystal glass of excellent quality and brilliance. Schott Zwiesel created Tritan crystal in 2001 by adding titanium oxide and zirconium oxide to develop the world's best crystal glass. Tritan Crystal is 100% Dishwasher Safe - it will not cause, tarnish or discolour for the lifetime of the glass. Tritan resists damage from daily use, breakage, chips and scratches. Tritan is temperature shock resistant. Tritan is one of the extremely clear and brilliant crystals and is able to conduct, break and transmit light more than any other crystal. As an additional measure, Tritan temperes the edge, bowl and stem joint and foot edge for added stability against chipping and breakage. All crystal items made by Schott Zwiesel stemware or drinkware are cut using our patented laser technology for a smooth, thin, elegant edge. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
