Description

Lines teapot 1,5 liter The Lines teapot 1,5 liter of the Swedish brand NJRD is made of durable, shiny vitro porcelain and a lid with a beautiful wooden detail which can be closed by a quarter turn. The teapot has a pyramid-shaped and drip-free spout as well as a large functional handle, which makes it wonderfully easy to pour tea. In addition to the square handle, the design of the teapot is also characterized by three recessed tactile lines, which are characteristic of all products in the Lines series and give the products a lively touch. The stylish teapot has a modern, graphic design, which was designed by the designer duo Bernadotte & Kylberg. The classic shape of the teapot has a wide bottom, which allows it to rest firmly on the table, preventing it from tipping over. The teapot combines functionality and understated aesthetics in an innovative way – a trademark of NRJD which applies to all products in the brand's range. The teapot is dishwasher safe and microwave safe. The lid has a wooden detail and should therefore not be heated or soaked. Instead, wash the lid by hand and then dry it off.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
