Product features:
For efficient wound care. Ready-to-use wound irrigation solution for local application. Contains polyhexanide (PHMB) and macrogol (polyethylene glycol 4000) in aqueous solution (Ringer's solution).
1 liter contains:
Polyhexanideum 0.40 g
Macrogolum 4000 0.02g
Sodium chloride 8.60 g
Calcium chloride Dihydrate 0.33 g
Potassium chloride 0.30 g
Purified water ad 1 liter
Theoretical osmolarity 309 mosm/l
pH 5.0-7.0 < shelf life after the first opening of the bottle: 6 weeks
Benefit
Lavasorb® is available in the practical and particularly handy plastic screw bottle Octavia®. The bottle fits very well in the hand and allows easy connection to systems for vacuum sealing.
Soft tissue wounds:
- Wound cleaning/wound rinsing/wound decontamination by direct application to the wound
- Dissolving of biofilms on the wound by applying soaked compresses for 10 to 15 minutes
- Wound cleaning with moistened cotton ball or swab
- Intensive moistening of wound dressings to facilitate dressing change
- Covering of superficial and deep soft tissue wounds with Lavasorb®-soaked longuettes or compresses depending on the extent of the wound
Intraoperative irrigation:
- Intraoperative irrigation and keeping the Operating area during the entire duration of a rehabilitation procedure (on the occasion of debridement, replacement of total endoprostheses)
- Lavasorb can be used on the operating table for moistening the compresses and cleaning the instruments
- Covering of postoperative wounds completely or partially left open with Lavasorb®-soaked longuettes
Instillation vacuum sealing:
- Compatible with systems for vacuum sealing
- Efficient removal of toxic bacterial decay products
- Rinsing the sponge prolongs the Sealing intervals
Good compatibility:
- Good skin and mucous membrane compatibility
- Does not dry out the skin and mucous membranes
- Does not cause irritation and tissue irritation (isotonic Ringer solution)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
