Strongly moisturizing organic red algae from the Baltic Sea form a protective layer around the hair. The Lakmé TEKNIA Refresh Coral Red Mask compensates for the loss of color and prolongs the color intensity of red hair. The result is healthy, shiny and vibrant red hair.

TEKNIA Conscious Beauty is the result of striving to think sustainably and holistically about the nature of hair care. Across all stages of the product life cycle - starting with the selection of raw materials, through the manufacturing process to packaging. Most of the raw materials for TEKNIA come from organic farming. The products are manufactured in the energy-saving cold manufacturing process using green electricity and the processing of process water. The packaging is made of green polyethylene, recycled PET and FSC-certified paper (certificate of sustainable forestry). The products have not been tested on animals and do not contain any ingredients of animal origin. TEKNIA is a significant step towards conscious beauty – combining natural beauty care with protecting the ecological balance of our planet.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 10.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
